NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated November 17, 2021, and entered in Case Number: 2019-CA-006807 of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, JOUSEPH OMAR LEBRONBAEZ, individually, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOUSEPH OMAR LEBRONBAEZ N/K/A GABRIELA SILVA, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/ beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th day of January, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
