Final Judgment was awarded on September 16, 2020 in Civil Case No. 12-012056-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff, and MAREK C. ZDZIESZYNSKI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR PEOPLE'S; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK F/K/A CAPITAL ONE; UNIVERSAL SWISS INVEST, INC., A/K/A UNIVERSAL SWISS, INC,. DBA SABAL; THE PINNACLE AT COBBS LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAREK C. ZDZIESZYNSKI N/K/A JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME); ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 20, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, OF THE PINNACLE AT COBB'S LANDING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 25-30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
