NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2021 entered by the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in Case No. 21-9499-CO in which Pay Your Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Viti Leve, LLC, as Trustee for the 6429 5th Avenue North Trust is the Defendant.
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 27, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14 and the East ½ of Lot 15, Block 17, Eagle Crest, according to the Plat Book thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 6 through 9 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
More commonly known as 6429 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
