NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2020CA000198AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BankUnited N.A., Plaintiff and R.B. Watkins are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 23, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, AND 10, BLOCK 7, AND LOTS 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, AND 10, BLOCK 8, SOUTH BRADEN CASTLE CAMP, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THOSE PARTS OF 8TH AND 9TH STREETS EAST WHICH BECAME A PART THEREOF, BY VIRTUE OF RESOLUTION VACATING STREETS DATED AUGUST 8, 1972 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 587, PAGE 973, OF SAID RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
