NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2017CA003864 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QS6 is the Plaintiff and Joyce Marie Bass f/k/a Joyce M. Mossman a/k/a Joyce Marie Mossman; Unknown Spouse of Joyce Marie Bass f/k/a Joyce M. Mossman a/k/a Joyce Marie Mossman; Thomas Mossman a/k/a Thomas Leslie Mossman; are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of March, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 231.74 FEET THEREOF; ALSO LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MARTHA ROAD ACROSS THE WESTERLY PORTION OF SAID SOUTH 1/4 THEREOF.
SUBJECT TO A 20.00 FOOT WIDE INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 20.00 FEET OF SAID NORTH 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 231.74 FEET THEREOF. CONTAINING 3.5 ACRES.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
