Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 2020-CC-001982-ES, the Clerk of the Court, Pasco County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1, BUILDING T, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 88 THROUGH 94; AS AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 129 THROUGH 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 16, 1981, IN O.R. BOOK 1159, PAGE 1382 THROUGH 1478 AND RERECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1160, PAGES 296 THROUGH 392, AND AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM, AMENDING AND ADDING PHASE II AND CORRECTING PHASE I, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1325, PAGE 331 THROUGH 347, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1325, PAGES 348 THROUGH 366 AND O.R. BOOK 1585, PAGE 1716, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on February 24, 2021. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
