NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-714 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of February, 2021, he following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 177, of COPPER CREEK PRESERVE UNIT THREE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 90, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 3633 Treasure Cove Court, Naples, FL 34109.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
