Lot 2 in Block “C” of MORRELL PARK SECOND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida together with: commence at the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 28S, Range 22 E; run thence S. 89°54'55” E., (an assumed bearing) 1327.13 feet along the South boundary of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33, to the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33; thence N. 00°46'07” E., 818.92 feet along the West boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33, to the South boundary of Lot 2, Block “C” of MORRELL PARK SECOND ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N. 00°46'07” E., 85.01 feet along the West boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 33, to a point on the North boundary of Lot 2, Block “C” of said MORRELL PARK SECOND
ADDITION; thence S. 89°39'18”E., 1.04 feet along the Easterly extension of said North boundary of Lot 2, Block “C”; thence S. 00°29'07” W., 85.01 feet to a point on the Easterly extension of the South boundary of said Lot 2, Block “C”; thence N. 89°39'18” W., 1.46 feet along said Easterly extension of Lot 2, Block “C”, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
