NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2018CA002573AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS9 is the Plaintiff and Herman White, III; Lynette Y. White a/k/a Lynette White; Mario Botton; Maria Botton; CFNA Receivables (MD), Inc., successor by merger to CFNA Receivables (OK), Inc. f/k/a CitiFinancial Services, Inc. d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc.; Clerk of Court, Manatee County, Florida; Parkside Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102 OF PARKSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE (S) 160-167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
