NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2021, and entered in the above styled cause, wherein NORMAN HARRIS SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY EUGENE BAGGETT, II, a/k/a, TIMOTHY EUGENE BAGGETT, JR., a/k/a, TIMOTHY BAGGETT, TIMOTHY EUGENE BAGGETT, SR., LESLIE R. MASON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, MUTUAL OF OMAHA INSURANCE COMPANY, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 AND #2, a/k/a DANIEL DAVIS AND HOLLY DAVIS, a/k/a HALEY DAVIS, and VELDA SHARON JEANNERET are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with statutes governing judicial sales, set forth in Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on March 12, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
