NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 26, 2021 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of March, 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
LOT 11, TIMBERWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
