NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 26, 2021, in Case No. 2019-CA-003169, in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circui, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SUNSET RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSELITO GARCIA and POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on March 12, 2021, at www.polk. realforeclose.com, the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 92, SUNSET RIDGE PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, Pages 36-41, in the Public Records of POLK County, Florida. Said property has the following street address: 706 Knollwood Drive, Davenport, FL 33837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
