Beginning at the Southeast corner of the East 141.41 feet of the South Seven Twentieths of the East half of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, thence go 10 feet West for a starting point (point of beginning), thence West 50 feet thence North 60 feet, thence East 50 feet, thence South 60 feet, back to the point of beginning, as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, Except any road right-of-way of existing record.
