NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020CA000216CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARIE GIGUERE, are defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of MARCH, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
