NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2020, and entered in Case No. 512019CA001040CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which PS FUNDING, INC., is the Plaintiff and BRUNO ONE INC.; IVAN BRUNO CARUSO; LAKESIDE WOODLANDS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROB RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ALIANA RODRIGUEZ are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www. pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 2nd day of March, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
