NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2021, entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-3227 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of February, 2021 in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East half (E1/2) of Tract 94, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 87, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 26, Public Records of Collier County Florida.
