Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Ex Parte Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 29, 2021 in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 31, HIGH POINT SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 41; said land situate and lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 16, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
