NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-051498 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB4 is the Plaintiff and DIEUFORT J. PIERRE are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 3, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 7, BLOCK 4, UNIT 1, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
