NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on January 28, 2021, entered in case number 20-CA-006820, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC and Macana Investments, LLC are the Plaintiffs and DEBORAH L. REDDITT; ROBERT W. REDDITT; LIVIU V. GUTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT W. REDDITT, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Pursuant to said Final Judgment, the Clerk of the Court for Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at at 9:00 a.m. on March 3, 2021, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
The North 38 Feet of Lot 556, all of Lot 557, Block 13 Russell Park Subdivision, as Recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 25 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
