U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2017-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2017-4 is Plaintiff and ERIC J. ALLEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC J. ALLEN, MICHELLE J. MAILLET A/K/A MICHELLE J. LONG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE J. MAILLET A/K/A MICHELLE J. LONG N/K/A MICHAEL PETROSKY, SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
