NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA003126AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, CARIE M. MCKEE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of March, 2021, the following described property:
UNIT 813, SPRING LAKES VI, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1105, PAGE 2259, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 170-174, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
