TO: DEFENDANT, PARKER PICKENS, AND ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ANY OF SAID DEFENDANTS, WHETHER NATURAL OR CORPORATE, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE ALIVE OR DEAD, DISSOLVED OR EXISTING.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title to the following property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 6 less the North 15 feet thereof, Block 2, Palmetto Golf Corporation Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 120, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiff's attorney, Jacqueline F. Perez, Esquire, whose address is Awerbach | Cohn, 28100 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
