NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2016CA002962000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, Plaintiff, and, JUAN CARLOS GARAY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of April, 2021, the following described property:
LOT 9, OF BERMUDA POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
