NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001292CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2005-A15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-O (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. O'CONNELL A/K/A WILLIAM O'CONNELL A/K/A WILLIAM ROBERT O'CONNELL; CYNTHIA MARIA PRINGLE; SABALWOOD AT RIVER RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES AT RIVER RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION; DITECH FINANCIAL LLC; are defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of APRIL, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, SABALWOOD AT RIVER RIDGE, PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 135 THRU 137 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
