Lot 7, Block E, Plat of Avion Subdivision, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 112 and 113, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Derek W. Eisemann, Esq., of Michael J. Belle, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237, within 30 days from the first date of publication, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
