NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated Febraury 10, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2020 CA 003319 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LH-NP-ABS INCOME OWNER TRUST, Plaintiff and DIDAJI INVESTMENTS LLC; STILLWATER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DANIEL LAUTURE, are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on March 17, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 45, BLOCK G, STILLWATER - UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
