NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2020 CA 004332 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2017-2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and GARY W. PICKERING; CHRISTINE A. PICKERING, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 11th day of May, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 11, VENICE EAST, SECTION ONE, SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
