NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-001281-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Home Point Financial Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Richard C. Dennis, Deceased; Maplewood Homeowners' Association, Inc.; The Villas at Maplewood Association, Inc.; Debra Dennis; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00am on the 4th day of March, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, MAPLEWOOD, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 1 AND 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
