NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2021, and entered in Case No. 112019CA0034290001XX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST, SERIES 2006-L4, RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-L4 is Plaintiff and JOANNE E. BEIGHTOL; NEAL L. BEIGHTOL; MICHAEL A. BAVIELLO, JR; NANCY J.
