Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 1, BUILDING 52, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 4, 2021.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
