NOW COME the Petitioner, Leticia Martinez Pena, and alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the surviving natural parent of the Deceased. Petitioner's address is 5326 Catts Street, Naples, Florida 34113, and the name and office address of Petitioner's attorney are set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. The Decedent, Jennifer Mozo, whose last known address was 5326 Catts Street, Naples, Florida 34113, and, if known, whose age was 25 and the last four digits of whose social security number is 9385, died on October 24th, 2020 in Naples, Florida. On the date of death, the Decedent was domiciled in Collier County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names and beneficiaries of this Estate and of the Decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the years of birth of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because it was the county of the Decedent's residence at the time of the Decedent's death.
5. Leticia Martinez Pena whose address is 5326 Catts Street, Naples, Florida 34113, and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of the Decedent's estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Representative because she is the natural parent of the Decedent and a surviving heirs of the Decedent.

Petitioner requests that she be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent.
