NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale, entered in this action on the 27th day of January, 2021, the Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2021 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 21, Hammocks, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 45 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 20403 Berrywood Lane, Tampa, Florida 33647 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
