NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 11th day of February 2021, and entered in Case 19-CA-004276, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH N. DELUCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH N. DELUCO; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of March 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
