Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 9 day of February, 2021, and entered in case No. 20-CC-002718 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RIVER TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, PATRICIA W. DEAN, is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 1-205, RIVER TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1011 at Page 268 and Condominium Plat Book 3 at Pages 241 through 256, inclusive and amended in O.R. Book 1067, Page 828, O.R. Book 1578, Page 1224, O.R. Book 1654, Page 1131, O.R. Book 1713, Page 4608, O.R. Book1764, Page 3549, O.R. Book 1920, Page 4120, O.R. Book 2120, Page 1493, O.R. Book 2102, Page 1499, O.R. Book 2124, Page 3688, O.R. Book 2130, Page 1349, O.R. Book 2371, Page 3561, O.R. Book 2587, Page 2535, O.R. Book 2620, Page 2964, and O.R. Book 2954, Page 3353, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
