NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2021 and entered in Civil Case No.: 20-CC-004202 of the County Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein MJRA CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and LUSVIMINDA A. EMRALINO, and TD Bank, N.A., are the Defendants, that I, Linda Doggett, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 am on March 10, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 5619, Unit 84, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 3048, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; Strap # 19-43-24-C3-05619.0110; Folio ID: 10136460; 1407 NE 32nd Lane, Cape Coral, Florida 33909.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
