NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 21, 2020 and Order Granting Defendants' Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2021, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TIKI SERIES IV TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and PAUL E. DUGUAY A/K/A PAUL E. DUGAUY, KANDACE DUGUAY A/K/A KANDACE K. DUGUAY A/K/A KANDACE K. DUGAUY, FIFTH THIRD BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SOUTH FLORIDA BANK, HUNTINGTON WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATE OF AMERICA, and DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants.
