NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-001564-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. VRMTG ASSET TRUST, is Plaintiff and JUNE W. LEE; YOUNG LEE; SYUNG W. LEE A/K/A SYUNG WON LEE; CURLEW TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLIPS REALTY, LLC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of MARCH, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, CURLEW TRAILS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGES 19 AND 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
