NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2018CA004790000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Lela M. Johnson a/k/a Lela Mae Johnson, Deceased; Timothy Wade Johnson a/k/a Timothy W. Johnson; Allen Bryan Johnson a/k/a Allen B. Johnson; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jimmy Ray Sapp a/k/a Jimmy Sapp, Deceased; Tina, McGall, Ruth Sapp, are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of March, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 18 AND ALL OF LOT 19, BLOCK E, ROANOKE HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
