WEST 1/2 OF EAST 1/2 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 AND BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF EAST 1/2 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE EAST 25 FEET, THENCE NORTH 430 FEET, THENCE WEST 25 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 430 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MAINTENANCE. ALL IN SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING A PORTION OF THE SAME PROPERTY HERETOFORE CONVEYED BY A CERTIFICATE OF TITLE RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3275, PAGE 1381, AUGUST 24, 1993, IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
