NOTICE OF SALE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

HARBOR HOUSE WEST, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,
Plaintiff, v.
DONALD W. GREVE and DONNA K. GREVE, Husband and Wife,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2019 CA 001966 NC on February 5, 2021 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 43, HARBOR HOUSE WEST, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 792, Pages 23 thru 51, inclusive and Amendments in Official Record Book 1018, Page 39, and Official Record Book 1282, Page 1961, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 22, 22A and 22B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on March 15, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
