COLE, DECEASED; JAMES COLE; JAMES COLE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DONALD L. COLE, DECEASED; JEANNE COLE; DONALD L. COLE; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD L.
