Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 15, 2021, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 403, BUILDING D, FAIRWAY TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 585, PAGES 1571 THROUGH 1670, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 200 PEBBLE BEACH BLVD APT 403, NAPLES, FL 34113; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on March 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
