NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th day of April 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pasco County, Florida to-wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND STATE OF FLORIDA:
Lots E, F, G, H and I, Block 11 of Shelton's Resubdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 20, at Page 56, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Real Property”).
Together with all existing and subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties and profits relating to the Real Property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2019-CA-009184 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
