19-CA-009692 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DAVE ARCE A/K/A DAVID F. ARCE, DECEASED; SUNSHINE BUILDERS OF TAMPA, LLC ; MARIA T. CELIS A/K/A MARIA T. CELIS DE ARCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA T. CELIS A/K/A MARIA T. CELIS DE ARCE; FRANCISCO GUITIERREZ; JOSELIN SOTO ; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ANGELA BURGER are the Defendant(s). UNIT A, BUILDING 69, WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, PAGE 616 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTERST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
