NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-006914 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Patrick D. Grieco; Meadows Edge Community Association, Inc.; Stephen Pashoian; Service Finance Company, LLC; any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 8th day of April, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 148, UNIT 43, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
