NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 16, 2021, by the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Lots 3, Block “J”, FAIRMOUNT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 9, page 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
will be sold at public sale by Ken Burke, the Pinellas County Clerk Of Court, to the highest bidder, for cash at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 6, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
