NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 13, TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 97, Pages 39-40, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2803 Thaxton Drive, #13, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 25, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
