GULL AIRE VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 40-44, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with 1978 Doublewide Comp. Manufacture Home, ID#CC6606BFLA, Title #15510966 and ID#CC6606AFLA, title #15510965, situated thereon. With the following street address: 405 Dolphin Drive S., Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 1, 2021
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
