YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Beach Paradise Condominium, which is located in Pinellas County, Florida and which is more fully described as:
Unit C, of BEACH PARADISE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 125 page 95 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 127 page 95, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 12600 page 76, and any and all amendments attaching thereto, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Also known as 2204 1st Street, Apt C, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785.
This action has been filed against you as the Defendants, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell, Carney, Maller, P.A., 200 Central Avenue, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
