NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA000757AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, JAN MARK CRAVENS AKA MARK CRAVENS, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of January, 2021, the following described property:
LOTS 12 AND 13, WESTWEGO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 104 1/2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
